The Careers and Enterprise Company’s independent detailed analysis of the Compass (Gatsby Benchmarks) scores for Quality in Careers Standard “Award Holders” published January 2025 shows that
Education institutions accredited under the Quality in Careers Standard achieved an average of 6.5 Gatsby Benchmarks in 2023/24.
This is 0.4 benchmarks higher than the previous year.
The average number of benchmarks achieved by all state-funded schools & colleges in England is 5.8 benchmarks.
